Color discrepancies may occur due to lighting, screen display, dye lots, or handcrafted elements. These are not considered defects.

You are responsible for all applicable customs fees, taxes, duties, and other charges upon delivery. Barzakh only collects payment for the products and delivery at checkout.
SECTION 22 – DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
We are not liable for delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages once they reach the destination country.
SECTION 23 – SHIPPING, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Responsibility transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier. Claims must be directed to the carrier.
