At Barzakh, each item is crafted and packed with care to reflect our commitment to quality and individuality. While we do not offer refunds or accept general returns, we do provide exchanges under specific conditions to ensure your satisfaction.


No Refunds or Returns

  • We do not offer refunds for any reason once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • We do not accept returns, except in the rare case of a manufacturing defect prior to dispatch.

Exchanges

If you’ve ordered the wrong size or would prefer a different style, we’re happy to arrange an exchange. Please note:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with tags and labels intact.

  • Exchange delivery costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once we receive the original item and your payment for shipping the replacement, we’ll send out your new item (applies only to international orders).

How to Exchange:

  1. Email or DM us within 24 hours of delivery with your exchange request.

  2. Carefully pack the item and use a courier service that delivers to doorsteps (e.g., Uber or Pick me Flash). 

  3. After we receive the returned item and confirm its condition that meets our requirements, we’ll dispatch your replacement.


Damaged Products

  • If an item is found to be damaged before dispatch, we will refund the value of that item only (T-shirt, Hoodie, Perfume, etc.).

  • The refund will not include shipping fees, and will be processed in Sri Lankan Rupees.

Please inspect your items as soon as they arrive and contact us immediately if you believe something is wrong.


Shipping Issues: Delays, Damage, or Loss

We do our best to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order, but once it leaves our hands:

  • Shipping delays are out of our control and are not eligible for refunds.

  • Damage during shipping is the responsibility of the courier. We recommend contacting them directly to file a claim.

  • Lost or stolen packages after dispatch are also the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

We advise all customers to track their packages regularly and opt for delivery to a secure address.
